RECALCULATING: The Veranda at Bella Rosa Farm

I would like to inform everyone that this trip has been extremely excruciating for my face and nose due to my severe allergies to pollen. Luckily, I had Allerta with me so I didn't die. Thank you for the concern.

My family and I were invited to have lunch and dinner at my tita Belle's Farm, also known as Bella Rosa Farm. They also own the Rosa Bella Flowershops (link: here). You can check out the website of The Veranda here

Okay, can I just say that the house is majestic beyond words? Every single spot is perfect. The color scheme to the arrangement of the furniture, even the light fixtures were in perfect placement.

Ugh. The walkway to the farm. Ugggghhh...

THE GUEST HOUSE. You can check out the rooms here.

We headed out to the flower nursery/ greenhouse before we went out to eat dinner. It was huge and the scent of the flowers enveloped you like a cloud. I was enjoying so much until...

...until my allergies started reacting. But not to worry! I took (Loratadine) Allerta and almost immediately, I was able to enjoy my stroll inside the nursery.

I even got to smell these on my way out. Normally, I would puff up and have trouble breathing! Ah the magic of medicine.

The main garden where weddings are usually held.

That's the end of it! Bye!

Recalculating: Baguio (Day 2)

DISCLAIMER: I JUST REALIZED THAT I HADN'T PUBLISHED THIS POST. FOR PART ONE PLEASE GO HERE

Can I just say that cafe by the ruins is just absolutely amazing. 99% of their menu is organic (aside from the soft drinks) and everything is pescetarian. PESCETARIAN. I'M A PESCETARIAN. YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HAPPY I WAS.

You can find Cafe by the Ruins at 25 Shuntug Rd, Lungsod ng Baguio 2600. You can call them at (074) 442 4010

The menu is so.. so... Baguio.

I ordered their hot chai tea latte. They give it to you as just the tea with the milk. The honey is separated so that you can make it as sweet as you want. Being the sweet tooth that I am, I added one and a half shots of honey. In the second photo, you can just see the glorious descent of the milk from the foam to the latte. Hngh.

The cute shotglass, or what I like to call "baby beer glass", that they put the honey in. Does anyone know where I can buy this?

Its actually a dainty ol' place. If given the chance, I would come back here and just write.

Honestly, I forget what this was. It was good though. Mushroom Omelette, I think?

Annnd I'm off to Manila. Thank you Baguio!

EVENTSCAPADE: Wild Out: Delirium (10.24.15)

I'm somewhat excited about this post. Last Oct 24, I was given the privilege of shooting URBN's Saturday night. A mere "so-so" to my fellow EDM photographers such as Art, JM, and Raffy, but an exciting opportunity for me. Why?

The reason is that it was my first time to shoot at URBN, ever.

I'm actually a bit surprised that it took me this long to to be able to get a gig at URBN despite the many opportunities that could've led me to this place.

The last time I was at URBN, they hadn't done renovations yet. That was probably more than half a year ago. Zoewhatthehell

Surprisingly, I didn't expect the place to look so much better than how it originally was! The old DJ booth was converted into a tech booth and the new dj area looks like it was pulled out of a mini coachella (Unleashed? Hehe)

Funny thing is, the guys who got me the gig at URBN were my old friends from Styles. Here's DJ Ron Poe. Looks familiar? You've seen him in my post Here.

The place hadn't changed in terms of intensity. People were still insane. I haven't partied in a long time (clubbing while working is not counted) but that night was just marvelous. I had so much fun.

Galo and I had matching shoes.

Ah my favorite crowd shot.

Can't wait to shoot at URBN again!
