In the spirit of the Heartbreak Holiday (August-November is Breakup season apparently), I decided that I wanted to get my fourth (and last) tattoo. I'm not going to give you the "It's art" bullshit so don't give me the "You're ruining your body!" crap. Its my body. I used my money. I thought about the design for months. Again, its MY BODY. So please, I beg, do not assert yourself with me on this one.
And you can't do anything about it either since its already there.
I got this tattoo for personal reasons. The design has nothing to do with my ex, but it has everything to do with me. So don't go thinking that I was too broken to get one while Urbandub's "A New Tattoo"was playing inside my head. (But, I must say, that song is one great song. Who would've thought that the lyrics "I'll bleed for you like a new tattoo. In my heart you'll stay, permanent" would be so simple yet powerful. Yung tipong masasabi mo lang ay "HUHU. DEM FEELS"). Going back, I wanted something that no boy could ever take away from me. A symbol of my strength and the unconditional loyalty. A distinct image that will let people know that "Hey! That's Zoe!". If theres a gril with the dragon tattoo, I'm the Girl with the Wolf Tattoo.
So why a wolf? And yes, that is a wolf, not a Siberian Husky (a lot of people though it was the latter because I own 2 huskies who look EXACTLY like the tattoo). As some of you may know, my favorite writers are Rudyard Kipling and William Ernest Henley ("If" and "Invictvs" respectively). It wouldn't be much of a surprise if my third favorite poem in the world came from one of them.

| Do I really have to explain why? The Pack mentality. The Animalism (that humans are a part of nature). The Independence ("Remember the wolf is a hunter—go forth and get food of thy own."). This poem is the perfect poem for a greek girl. I chose the wolf because, despite being so let down by this ONE person, I had my sisters to run to. My *yes. As expected, here it comes* Wolf pack. Post editing. FOR TATTOO FIRST TIMERS HERES A TIP. If you're going to let your artist copy a design for you, print the actual size AND A LARGER SIZE so that he/she will see all of the details of the design. Trust me, they'll be ever so grateful.

After 30 minutes. He fucking works fast ah. But its so neat! And his hands are so light that I managed to fall asleep for like 20 minutes.
The result! Its a bit dark here because of the scabbing (which disappeared after 5 days). Now its a vibrant Kaiju blue (kidding. Its more of a light blue teal color) and Navy blue.
SO guys, if you see a girl with this tattoo, thats most probably me. HAHA.
