Plastic

Okay so my boyfriend won a powerbank from one of the orgs in UP. It was great because he absolutely needs one since he always gets lowbatt. But Raymond keeps forgetting to  charge the powerbank, let alone bring it, so he gave it to me instead. He told me that the cable wasn't working anymore, which was fine because I have cables for my other powerbank.

When I tried charging it, none of my cables worked. Apparently, the ports sank down so none of the cables were able to reach it.

What it looks like from the outside. Pretty average. You wouldn't think that it's fake or not.

I was able to remove the cap and slide the whole thing down. I watched a xiaomi 5400 dismantle job on youtube and this one hardly looks like the one on the video. first of all, it should have screws to lock it in place.

Second, why is there masking tape? I'm preeettty sure that Xiaomi won't use masking tape on their powerbanks.

Third. Apparently the ports didn't sink, they fell out of place. The motherboard or whatever you call it (I'm an artist, not an engineer. Sorry for my illiteracy in electronics) kept falling out.

Anyway. I used electrical tape to stick that motherboard thing to the frame (again, my apologies for not knowing the right terms) so it won't fall out of place again. Then, I put it back in the case. I left out the cap so that I could charge it first.

Tadaaah. Trust me, my boyfriend's an engineer.
 Lol. That made no sense.
Anyway! This is probably the most worthless blog post ever.
Bye.

Hay Nako Globe.

I used to complain incessantly on my twitter about:

  1. How bad my signal is
  2. The unfair Fair Use Policy for Supersurf
  3. Their annoying flood of texts about me exceeding my Data Usage.
  4. The incessant calls about paying my bill when I've already paid.
  5. Etc etc etc.
Then the Insert-Name-Here of Globe would always ALWAYS reply even if I didn't tag globe.

Case in point: Here

Okay. Enough of that. Here's where the "fun" begins.
