And what is a Singapore trip without a visit to Universal Studios? It was our second time here (our first time was here) and honestly, nothing has changed. Okay, maybe there was one new ride but we didn't bother lining up for the new Puss in Boots ride.

Mandatory tourist photo with the Universal Studios Globe.
Mandatory Tourist shot with anything Universal Studios.
Mandatory tourist photos proving that we were actually in Universal Studios.
Okay, I take back what I said. There were some changes. This one was the most important one of all. STARBUCKS. They had Starbucks! I didn't have coffee for my whole trip until I saw this beauty. If it weren't for this branch I wouldn't have survived the trip back home.
They also added this whole store dedicated to Minions. We bought the Fluffy Unicorn because Kyra found it too adorable.
I've never seen a theme park this clean. Enchanted Kingdom should get tips from these people.
The first attraction we rode was the Transformers ride. I remember a few years ago, when we first came here, we rode this thing 5 times. It was the second most thrilling ride next to the Battlestar Galactica rollercoasters.
Kyra and I don't like rollercoasters and drops so we decided to pass on the Battlestar Galactica ride.
This is the new ride that I was talking about. Its like this slow roller coaster for kids where your feet just dangle out of the carriage. The line was long and we were dying under the sun; ergo we decided to skip it.
We decided to skip this one too. Honestly, Waterworld is just worth watching once.
We purchased the tumblers as souvenirs for our sisters. Nike got the Puss in Boots tumblr while Maxi got the generic Universal Studios tumbler. Kyra and I also had one turkey leg each.
Actually, we just spent the whole day shopping and taking photos since Universal Studios SG wasn't that exciting for us anymore. We only needed to kill time since our flight was at 6 in the morning. We didn't bother booking a hotel room that night. Instead, we slept at Changi in the theater. (Yes, they have a theater and yes, it's free)
And that's it! This trip has been marvelous. It was a much needed break from work and Manila (in general). I can't wait to go back with Rai soon!
